Frederick County Sheriff's Office Investigates A Death

The Frederick County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of 39-year old Todd Eugene Swartz of Frederick County.
Sgt. B.A Kittoe with the Fredrick County Sheriff's office says on Saturday, around 2:15 pm officers responded to the intersection of Ogden Land, and Rectors Lane near Middletown. They found Swartz dead at the scene.
Officers have arrested Robert Shifflett of Frederick County, and Fallon Nicole Racey, 23 also of Frederick County.
Both have been charged with first degree murder and are being held at an adult detention center.
