This is a campaign for tweens (kids ages 8 to 12). It has a lot of interactive games and activities to escite kids about seat belt safety.

National Safety Council on Seat Belts

This website is aimed at adults. It has a lot of .pdf files of statistics on and examples of proper seat belt use.

Safe Kids USA Safety Basics 

There is detailed safety information for parents of all ages of children. There are also numerous fact sheets to learn more about seat belt use. Other pages on this website are available for educators, media and safety professionals.
