2013 Primetime Emmy Nominations

The Emmy Nominations are here!

After much speculation about who would be on the ballots, this morning Aaron Paul and Neil Patrick Harris announced the Primetime Emmy nominations which made history.  

 Netflix series "House of Cards" became the first series delivered online to be nominated for best drama.  The series received a total of nine nominations, including Kevin Spacey for lead actor and Robin Wright for lead actress. 

The new season of "Arrested Development" also brought to life by Netflix received a total of three nominations.
"American Horror Story:Asylum" led the way with 17 nominations, followed by Game of Thrones with 16 and both "Saturday Night Live and the HBO movie "Behind the Candelabra" tied with 15.
The Emmy's air Sunday, September 22nd at 8pm on CBS.
