Aireal Would Add Another Dimension to Gaming

A new piece of technology may take your gaming experience to the next level.

Video games are becoming more realistic with each new console.  Technology, like the Xbox Kinect, can track your movements.  One company is working to add another feature for future games.

Aireal, from Disney, provides physical feedback while gaming.

Instead of only smacking soccer balls on a screen, you'd feel a slight gust of air when you make contact.

What makes Aireal special is that it can work in tandem with other aireal units.  This allows you to receive continuous feedback.

If your character in a game is being chased by seagulls, you, the user, would be able to feel the wind created from the seagulls at different angles while playing.

Disney is looking at Aireal for more than just gaming.  It could provide feedback for motions on other devices as well.
