This is a great website to quickly and easily see just how healthy your food choices really are. It also comes in app forms for both the iPhone and Android platforms. This app is completely free to use.
To begin, just simply search the exact food product for which you want more information. For example, I chose to enter what I had for breakfast this morning.
Here is the profile page on that yogurt, and it ended up being not to bad. It scored an A- on a typical A through F scale.
If you want to know exactly why a food score particularly high or low, there is a detailed explanation under each product picture. To expand the bullet points, just click on them.
Now, if you were looking for an even healthier yogurt choice, a list of A scoring yogurts is in the column on the right.
And if you do decide to venture out and explore one of those healthier options, under each food product are comments by users who have tried it.
This is another free app for your smartphone. Motion Traxx offers a wide variety of various music playlists to really rev up your workout routine.
To get to the full list of podcasts, just click on the "Archived Podcasts" button. This service is completely free, but you have to sign up with the website first.
Once you sign up, a list of all the podcasts will pop up and it is a pretty dense list. Motion Traxx boasts almost 100 different playlists.
