If you select this tool, the map will show you where the high winds are most likely to exceed 39-miles-per-hour. As of 3 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon, Harrisonburg was somewhere in the 20 to 30 percent likelihood range, while cities that lay more north on the map, such as Luray, were in the 90 to 100 percent likelihood range.
