Find the Best: Fast Food Nutrition
This website will allow you to get the nutritional information for full menus at a variety of fast-food chains.
Just click the fast-food chain for which you want to see information.
For example, here Dairy Queen was selected and you can see only options on the Dairy Queen menu. You can choose as many fast-food restaurants as you want.
Another way to filter out the results is by choosing a specific menu item category or searching for the item.
Or you could play around with the scales to hone in a specific calorie goal. For example, here are breakfast foods between 130 to 290 calories with no more than 8-grams of fat.
If you want to compare specific items from a variety of restaurants side by side, just click the "Compare" option under each item.
As you can see, it will pop up on the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Once you have chosen all the items you want to compare, click the "Compare Now" button next to them.
You can choose to view the results a few ways.
One option is side-by-side comparison.
This way you can look at individual aspects of each product. For example, you can easily see that all three of the products have roughly the same calorie count but the Chick-Fil-A option has about twice the amount of sugar as the other two.
The next way you can look at the results is through a slideshow.
You can get a quick glimpse at the nutritional facts of each product and the slideshow will go through a continuous cycle.
If you want to share what you have learned with your social networks, you can hit the "Share" button in the upper-right corner.
A drop menu will appear with all of the different options for sharing.
