An 82-person out-of-state contract crew working to restore power in Virginia has been sent home for what Appalachian Power calls "inappropriate behavior."

Community Launches Website to Help Alleged Shooter

 

Back in January, Rudolph Dean was placed in jail without bond after allegedly shooting Robert Crawford in Elkton. This past weekend, a website, www.FreeRudyDean.com, was launched to help get Rudolph's side of the story out.
