Police have charged Kaestner with reckless driving.

Alcohol was not involved, but speed was a factor in the crash, according to police.

The crash happened at the intersection of Oakwood Drive and Sagefield Drive at about 5 a.m. Kaestner was driving a 1996 Jeep Cherokee.

Police said Kaestner was alone in the vehicle and not wearing a seat belt.
