Family Without Health Insurance Seeks Help

 

Jamie Simmers is hoping through the community support, she will be able to pay off medical and care expenses for her husband. Keith Simmers, Jamie's husband, got into a motorcycle accident in Harrisonburg on June 29, 2012. According to Jamie, her husband did not have any health insurance.

 

 

Shooting at Harrisonburg Bar & Grill

Early Saturday morning Harrisonburg Police were called to a "disorderly conduct with shots fired" at the Firetop Bar & Grill located on the corner of Neff and University Boulevard. The call came in at 1:30 Saturday morning. Eleven units were dispatched to the scene.

 

Colo. Massacre Suspect Could Face Death Penalty

A Colorado prosecutor says the suspect in the mass shooting at a midnight Batman film screening could face the death penalty.
