MERCER, Pa. (AP) -- Police say a western Pennsylvania woman charged with stealing more than $1 million from her employer since 2008 told them she "gambled the money away" at $10 slot machines.
Voters overwhelmingly gave the okay to a constitutional amendment on eminent domain. Under the new law, the government is now limited in how it can take private property through this practice. The land must be used for public use for parks, roads or schools.
The Frederick County Sheriffs Office is still investigating the death of a local 17 year old.
