Health Commissioner Resigns Over Abortion Regulations

(AP) - Virginia Health Commissioner Karen Remley has resigned over the state's controversial new abortion clinic regulations.

 

Shutdown Rescue Squad Starting Over Again

The Mathias Baker Squad in West Virginia shut down unexpectedly. Not only did it stop taking 911 calls, but others who relied on the group for transportation, like nursing homes, were stuck trying to figure out how to transport their patients.

 

Arrest Made in Voter Registration Fraud Case

 

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office made an arrest in the investigation of voter registration fraud that began on the afternoon of Oct 15, when law enforcement received a citizen complaint of voter registration application forms being found in a dumpster behind a business in the City of Harrisonburg.
