As mentioned in the previous blogs, some very feisty upper level disturbances have moved through - and continue to move through this morning.
Snow started falling in Harrisonburg around 4:45am and dropped a quick dusting on the Valley. (Yes, I know it's Saturday and I shouldn't be up that early. Silly internal clock!)
Areas to the north of Harrisonburg (Shenandoah, Frederick, Page, Warren, Clarke) may see a quick half inch of snow through 6am as a final snow band moves through. We shouldn't see any new snow past lunch time Saturday, but some snow may be blowing around from the wind.
We're still keeping close eyes on our Tuesday storm - which for us would still be light accumulating snow. The pattern is still on track for another storm Jan 16 and Jan 20.
We'll have a busy few weeks here...so hold on!
