Let them play.
A new report finds your kids need at least an hour and a half of physical activity everyday to keep their hearts healthy.
The study found the more time young people move, the lower their cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar and body fat.
Researchers find many kids are not getting enough active play.
They say parents and schools need to find ways to include physical activity into children's daily routines.
And it doesn't have to be organizing, even light play, cleaning, gardening or good old walking counts.
