High school at home.
A trend many California students are starting.
Nearly 4,000 of them receive all their math, science, english, history, art and music education through a online public school called the California Virtual Academies Program.
So far the program goes from kindegarten through 10th grade, but may soon go through senior year.
Just like any public school, lessons, books and supplies are free and teachers are available online, over the phone and often once a week in person.
Standford Univerity is launching the first online high school program for 30 gifted students.
That one will cost 12,000 dollars a year!
