Changes are coming to the Boys and Girls Club of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County.
Bill Carter will take over duties as the new executive director.
He was introduced at an event sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce.
Carter says he expects some challenges, but he'll work hard to get past them.
"We got some major acquisitions to our board and we're very excited about that. Going forward people are going to be surprised and I think we'll be able to deliver the programs and support more youth," said Carter.
Carter is expected to start full-time after Labor Day.
