New Online Resource on Bullying Launched

The Obama administration is launching a new Website to help parents, teachers and students.

Stop Bullying Now is a free resource with information on what bullying is, examples of it and the risks.

Education Secretary Arne Duncan announced the Website's launch in a press conference Thursday afternoon.

However, he says, while the government is doing all it can to stop bullying, it can't do it alone.

"Parents have to be vigilant, have to be helping to instill the values in students," says Duncan. "And anyone who thinks that the government can do this by themselves doesn't begin to understand the complexity of these issues."

Duncan adds bullying can affect kids as early as daycare and preschool and as late as students in college.
