Appalachian Power says it's starting several energy efficiency and rebate programs to help West Virginia customers.
The utility says the goal of the four programs announced Wednesday is to help reduce energy costs and improve the environment at the same time.
Programs offering discounts for compact fluorescent light bulbs, weatherization and energy audits are available for residential customers. The fourth targets industrial users and is designed to increase efficiency.
