The ARC of Augusta is celebrating an open house for a new program for adults with high needs Wednesday.

This program is the result of community needs surveys that indicated the need for day support services for adults with high needs.

The ARC is a non-profit, United Way agency that has served individuals with intellectual disabilities such as mental retardation for more than 45 years.
