Waynesboro residents may finally see some improvements to a local park after city council voted Monday night to allocate money for the project.

More than $200,000 will be split between improving the tennis courts at Ridgeview Park and making repairs to the Rosenwald Community Center.

The center currently houses offices for the Department of Parks and Recreation.
It also serves as home to after school programs for kids.
