New Year's Eve is here and many people have started thinking about their resolutions.
Usually topping the list of potential resolutions is the promise to get in shape.
The Center Pilates and Yoga Studio in Harrisonburg is offering a free yoga session on New Year's Day from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Suzanne Perrine says yoga is a great way to get in shape and may offer a little bit more than the typical work out.
She says, "Everybody can do yoga and pilates. And that just takes a willingness to slow down. So I invite people to relax and have fun."
