March Airing for W.V. Home Makeover

A March 2 air date has been set for the first "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" filmed in West Virginia.

The ABC show's senior producer, Diane Korman, says the Turner family story is a true inspiration to all.

The Extreme Makeover crew was in Fairmont late last year filming construction of a new 2,800-square-foot home for Richard and Angie Turner and their children.

The family is a modern-day Brady Bunch with Angie's three children and Richard's daughter and teenage cousin.

The family's previous 600-square-foot house was not only too small for seven people but was falling apart.

The Turners were chosen for the show because of their dedication to the community, their ability to overcome obstacles and their love for one another.
