A home just off of Senseny Road is damaged from a fire which broke out around 7pm on Sunday, December 9th.

The fire was put out but as of 10:30 pm firefighters were still checking for hot spots. It happened at 103 Massie Drive just outside of Winchester.

Everyone who was inside the house got out okay. Firefighters say the fire started on the left side of the house and blew out the roof.

Shelby Frasier lives down the street and she saw what was happening. Her nephew called 911.

"Somebody was in the driveway and I walked up and asked them if they could move. I looked up and I saw all of these flames and it kind of scared me because I didn't know what was going on."

Dispatchers say the Red Cross has been contacted and the folks who live at the house will be displaced, but they are not sure for how long. They still don't know how the fire was started.
