HARRISONBURG -- With temperatures heating up, some folks are finding new ways to stay cool making one business red hot.

Klines scooped through 30 to 40 gallons of ice cream on Monday and served more than 400 people.

The manager at Klines says for a weekday, today's sales were impressive.

Several customers who stopped by for a treat say they were reminded of their childhood years.

"Actually I remember coming here after the fair with my parents and eating ice cream from Klines with it running down, dripping off your elbows, because it was melting so fast," said Gary Cline, who was getting ice cream with his son.

Cline says his favorite ice cream flavor is Black Raspberry.
