Pets will be lined up out the door at the Shenandoah Spay and Nueter Clinic in Harrisonburg.
The clinic and partner "Cats Cradle" will be taking male cats for rabies shots and nuetering.
The program is for low-income families with pets.
The cost is only 10 dollars... Which means you'll save almost 20.
They say that there is a huge over-population of strays in the area.
"Our goal is to eventually put an end to euthanasia of adoptable animals due to the pet overpopulation problem so its a small fee to pay to save lots of puppies and kittens that we can't find homes for," says Susan Bennett of Cats Cradle.
The clinic is located on North Liberty Street in harrisonburg.
