Leaders in Augusta County had a discussion on the economic future Wednesday night.

A new economic development plan is being put into play into Augusta County.

The plan calls for improving entrepreneurship in the area, as well as building awareness to young adults about local economic opportunities.

The county also hopes to encourage what they call economic diversity, which involves offering a broad range of jobs.

The plan was presented to the board of supervisors Wednesday night.
