STAUNTON, Va. (WHSV)-- Members of the architect company Crabtree, Rohrbaugh and Associates, were faced with a wide range of questions from board members on everything from the condition of school to the costs of rebuilding and renovating.

People from the company said the school's biggest need has to do with the electrical and heating systems.

Many people at the meeting had mixed feelings on what the biggest issues are concerning the building.

"When this building was built, there was very little electrical equipment," said Principal Mark Rowicki, "they have to add all of these strips so we can have enough outlets to plug in the technology and all of the equipment that we're getting."

"I know we've got other issues in all of our schools, so to put so much money into one school might not be the best option," said Shannon Mueller, the parent of Robert Lee high school students.

Only time will tell when the school board will decide on a plan for the school.
