STAUNTON, Va -- Anne Buzzelli, a nutritionist with Buzznutrition, said everyone has different needs. She said making small changes, like switching from vegetable oil to coconut or olive oil, can help and be sure to eat plenty of darker, leafy vegetables and fruit.
She also said it is important to keep up good habits.
“The body's really resilient and strong and smart and it can take care of itself to a point, but if over time, if it doesn't get what it needs, it's going to falter, and that's where disease comes from,” said Buzzelli.
She said it is never too late to start eating healthy.
