Somebody, somewhere, has a piece of paper worth one-thousand dollars a week for the rest of their life.

It is in the hands of the lucky winner who won last night's Virginia Lottery's Win for Life Drawing.

Now the question is: Who has that ticket?

The winning ticket was bought at Jiffee Mart in Staunton.

Several locals say that this store is a lucky one.

"It's a lucky store...that's why I bought mine here," said Staunton Local, Rodney Crawford.

And the winner is not the only lucky one.

The store will receive ten-thousand dollars.

Lewis Lindamood bought a winning Powerball ticket at a Sheetz in Harrisonburg in October.

He started the winning spree.

"And hopefully it's a streak that hasn't ended yet. I think there's a good dozen in the area," said Lewis Lindamood.

Lindamood had some advice for the newest winner.

"The only advice I would give now is to wait until the start of the New Year so that you have the entire year to try and get your finances in order," said Lindamood.

An official from the Virginia Lottery said there are several reasons why the winner might not claim the money right away.

"A lot of times when there has been a big winner of a prize this large, there's a delay before this person comes forward even though they know they have the winning ticket. Often times it's because they are getting professional financial advice," said John Hagerty, the Virginia Lottery Spokesperson.

The winner has 180 days to claim his ticket.

The Valley seems to be having a lucky streak.

This is the forth big win in two months.

It might be a good time to test your luck.

If you don't win, your money still goes to a great cause.

The Virginia Lottery raised more than $444 million for Virginia's Public Schools in fiscal year 2011.
