HARRISONBURG, Va. -- Taste of Downtown continues in Harrisonburg until Sunday.

With 25 restaurants participating, there are plenty of options.

WHSV took a look behind-the-scenes in the kitchen of one of the participating restaurants.

Executive Chef Ryan Zale with the Local Chop and Grill House explained how to make one of the featured appetizers on the restaurant's menu.

The caramelized ham and cantaloupe dish featured local ingredients, including items from Seasons Bounty in Harrisonburg and Turner Ham House in Fulks Run.

The restaurant's menu has a three course special for $35.
