Neighbors say they've never seen anything like the roof collapse at the Bridgewater Post Office.

Police say a drunk driver hit the building, causing part of the roof to come crashing down.

One neighbor says he had to stop and take a picture of the damage on his way home. He says there are usually people in that area, so he's glad no one was hurt.

"I mean obviously I was just like 'wow I guess the roof fell off," said Roman Leckey. "I'm surprised it wasn't worse to be honest because it looks like it's pretty manageable, it just kinda fell off kinda clean. I don't know, I always thought that if it fell off it would be like disaster."

The post office still opened today as usual. The damage didn't affect customers.
