AUGUSTA COUNTY -- The Augusta County School Board approved its new school crisis plan.
Every year the school board goes over the plan and makes revisions. The plan includes personnel changes and maps for each school. The state asked the board to make changes to the terrorism policy if they would experience an attack.
"Our plans are very good. They are very thorough. We try to match them up in all the schools similar but each one are individual. Because we have some pod schools and some that are enclosed I guess," said Assistant Superintendent George Earhart.
First responders received a copy of the plan.
