ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, Va. -- The people responsible for a string of bomb threats at several Rockingham County schools will face criminal charges. Seven bomb threats have been made in county schools since Dec. 14th.
The Rockingham County sheriff said investigators identified everyone involved in the threats, but because the suspects are minors, their names will not be released.
Sheriff Bryan Hutcheson said law enforcement wanted to make a point that "there are real consequences for such highly irresponsible and careless behavior."
