Police Investigate Vandalism Case as Hate Crime

WAYNESBORO, Va -- Police need your help getting information about vandalism that happened sometime overnight on Wednesday.

Officers responded to a report of a prowler at about 1:45 a.m. When they arrived in the 100 block of Henry Ave., they found graffiti written in black spray paint on two sides of the victim's home. The graffiti included racial slurs.

Police believe the suspects left the property before they arrived.
