UPDATE: 6:00 p.m.
HARRISONBURG, Va -- Police were investigating a suspicious death on Thursday. They said they found a man dead in an apartment in the Dutch Mill Court complex.

By Thursday evening, the police tape was already taken down.

Several investigators had been at the scene all day with local and state police. They were in and out of the apartment trying to figure out what could have happened.

A look at the scene from earlier in the day showed that investigators set up a command center on the property near the apartment.

Neighbors said they have not felt unsafe in the complex, but one neighbor said this could change how people think about the area.

“All of a sudden, someone's life is taken, and that's a concern for a lot of people,” said Bill Seidle, a neighbor. “Once more people find out, it'll definitely be a concern for them and their children.”
