Store Raided for Selling Counterfeit Goods

HARRISONBURG, Va.. -- K and C Top Fashion on Kenmore Street was raided this week for selling counterfeit goods. Harrisonburg police raided the store and seized hundred of items they believe to be fake. The case is still under investigation.

The owner of the store is Osman Rezai. He's 38 years old and has been charged with selling fake goods at his store. He said he orders his items online and he didn't realize they were fake.

Right now, he's out on bond, but he faces felony charges for possessing and distributing fake goods. He's due in Harrisonburg general district court on January 28th.

On Friday, the store was open.
