HARRISONBURG -- Eastern Mennonite University's track team is going to be running for a cause this weekend.

During the conference tournament, the athletes will run in remembrance of the Boston Marathon bombing victims. They will be wearing blue and yellow ribbons while they run, so they can remember all the victims.

“I thought it was a really good way for runners who understand what the people running in the Boston Marathon have gone through as far as training and what that meant to them and to see that taken away from them. I mean, it's the least we could do, to do something,” said Hannah Chappell-Dick, an EMU track and field athlete.

Chappell-Dick went on to say that it's important that the country remains positive. She feels like the running community has come closer together since the attack.
