Truck Crashes into School Bus

STAUNTON, Va – At about 3:40 p.m. on Thursday, a truck crashed into a school bus on Christians Creek Rd.

The bus was making a right turn from Route 11 onto Route 647. That was when the driver of a Ford Ranger rear ended the bus. The truck driver said he blacked out.

Two students on the bus were taken to Augusta Health, along with both drivers. There were five students on the bus at the time. None of the injuries were life-threatening.
