Police in Waynesboro are looking for three people accused of firing shots at two other people near West Main street on Tuesday night.

Police say it happened near the Sheetz and the DuPont Community Credit Union at about 8 p.m.

Two young men reported that they were approached by two black men and a black woman. One of the black men allegedly pulled out a gun and threatened the two victims, and the victims ran away.

Police say the shots were fired while the victims were running away. No one was hurt.

Police are still looking for the suspects. All three of them were wearing dark hoodies.
