Q101, WHSV-TV and the Salvation Army know that children are our
greatest resource, a resource that is severely depleated when it comes
to being ready for school. Over one third of school children in
Harrisonburg/Rockingham county will need help securing school supplies.
You can help by stuffing the bus August 7th thru the 9th at the Walmart
at Harrisonburg Crossing and Dayton Walmart.

- Glue Sticks
- White Glue
- #2 Pencils
- Colored Pencils
- Scissors
- Erasers
- Pens
- School Boxes
- Back Packs
- Construction Paper
- Wide-ruled notebook paper
- Marble composition notebooks
- Spiral 1 subject notebooks
- 2 pocket folders
Supllies go to the Salvation Army
which expects to 450 fill back packs and to Rockingham County and
Harrisonburg City Schools to be passed out as needed to kids by their
teachers.
