2 lbs 8 oz Flour
2 tsp Salt
4 tbls Sugar/Cinnamon
5 tbls Shortening or butter
26 oz Milk
12 oz of grated, cooked sweet potato
Can use buttermilk instead of regular milk
Mix ingredients into dough and divide into 2 in. biscuits.
Bake at 425 degrees for between 15 and 20 minutes.
