Grandma Judy’s Breakfast Pizza

1 pkg. (8-ct.) Refrigerator type crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 cup grated potato pieces
Crumbled goat cheese (to taste)
Sharp cheddar cheese, grated (to taste)
¼ cup skim milk
½ tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 T. Parmesan cheese
1 tomato, chopped
Separate rolls; place on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press
over bottom and up side of pizza pan to form crust. Layer over crust: Sausage, potato,
goat and cheddar cheeses.
In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over crust and toppings. Sprinkle with
Parmesan. Bake at 375˚ for 20 minutes. Sprinkle on some sliced or chopped tomatoes.
Bake 5-10 minutes longer.
