Cranberry Apple Bake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped apples
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup oats/oatmeal
  • 1 cup sugar (or Splenda)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1.2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp butter (or use cooking spray)

Directions

Mix and place fruit in a three-quart buttered casserole dish. Combine dry ingredients and pat on top. Dot with butter. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
