12oz. fat-free cream cheese
1 lg. box (2.1oz.) sugar-free vanilla pudding
3 c. skim milk
2 c. sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1. Combine pudding and milk, beat on low speed. Add cream cheese and increase speed and beat until smooth and thickened.
2. In parfait glasses or other dessert cups, layer the cream cheese mixture with strawberries, more cream cheese, and then blueberries.
