Ingredients

  • 2 T. soy or whey protein powder
  • 1/2 c. fat-free milk
  • 1/2 c. plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/2 c. strawberries
  • 1/2 med. banana
  • 1 1/2 c. ice cubes

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
