1 8" tortilla
1 T. light cream cheese
1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
2 oz. lean ham or turkey slices
1/2 oz. grated low-fat cheddar cheese
lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, sweet pepper or carrot strips, sliced cucumber, etc.
1. Spread cream cheese and mustard evenly over the tortilla.
2. Place the meat, grated cheese, and vegetables on 2/3 of the tortilla.
3. Roll up the tortilla starting with the end of the toppings and roll toward the empty end, folding in ends as you go. Wrap in plastic wrap until ready to eat. Peel wrap back as you eat. ENJOY.
