3 Acorn squash
2 Apples, chopped
1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
1 Tablespoon Grated orange peel
1/2 cup Brown sugar
2 Tablespoon Margarine, melted
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cut squash in half length wise and scrape out seeds. Place cut side down in baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
3. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Turn squash cut side up and fill with apple mixture. Continue baking for 20 minutes, or until squash is tender.
