- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
- 6 packets sugar substitute,/ul>
Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in plastic bag, seal, and freeze for 5 - 6 hours or overnight. Place all ingredients in a blender of food processor. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
