S'mores Brownie

Ingredients

10 oz. chocolate
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
9 oz. soft butter
2 oz. shortening
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 1/2 oz. corn syrup
1 1/2 Tablespoon honey
1 cup mini marshmallow
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Directions

Melt chocolate and cool to room temperature.
Cream the butter, shortening and sugars until fluffy.
Add egg yolks one at a time.
Add chocolate, corn syrup and honey to mixture.
Sift flour and salt together and add to chocolate mixture.
Fold in chips and marshmallows.
Line pan with foil, shiny side down.
Spray foil, sprinkle cracker crumbs remaining marshmallows and chocolate chips in the bottom of the pan. Spread batter on top of cracker mixture evenly in the pan.
Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
