Universal Marinade

Ingredients

Marinade



  • 3 oz. water
  • 3 oz. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Montreal steak seasoning
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1/2 oz. soy sauce
  • 1/2 Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 3 cloves garlic



    Steak Baste



  • 1/2 BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 2 shots whiskey

    Directions

    1. Blend all marinade ingredients well. Let steak sit in marinade for 4 to 6 hours for best flavoring.



    2. Blend all steak baste ingredients well. Brush steak during last 15 minutes of cooking with this wonderfully flavored baste.
